Royal Tipu is a unique design in our White Feather Collection of luxury quilts, named after the emperor of Mysore, India during pre-British era.
With tones of aqua and grey in umbrella and elephant prints on an ivory base, and a turquoise border, Royal Tipu exudes feelings of warmth and comfort. It reverses to the elephant pattern, also in turquoise, a design that depicts the ceremonial processions that still happen in Mysore.
Made of soft, fine mulmul cotton and hand quilted in layers of fluffy cotton, this hand block reversible quilt is a great addition to your bedroom. Substantial soft fluffy cotton infill makes these quilts irresistibly snug. For a refreshing change, simple flip the quilt over for another design.
Use: Our handmade quilts are lightweight and breathable, ideal for all seasons especially summer, spring and cooler months. Throw it on your favourite Deewan or Couch for a slightly dramatic decor.
Craft: Hand block printed by a master craftsman from Jaipur in Rajasthan, India, using traditional wooden carved blocks. Filled with fluffy cotton and hand sewn with patterned running stitch.

Product Care:
- For best results, dry clean only. Machine wash separately in cold water on gentle cycle.
- Dry in shade or tumble dry on low heat.

Note: Block prints are done by hand using hand-carved wooden blocks. Subtle variations and imperfections are the acceptable hallmarks of handmade products. This is what makes these products unique and adds to their character. Handcrafted products must be handled with care.
